Congressman Chris Stewart of Utah’s 2nd Congressional District
Chris Stewart is the Congressman from Utah’s Second Congressional District. He is a No. 1 New York Times best-selling and national award-winning author, world-record-setting Air Force pilot, and the former owner/CEO of a small business.
Chris is one of ten children and grew up on a dairy farm in Cache Valley. He graduated from Utah State University, where he earned his degree in economics. Upon graduation, Chris joined the United States Air Force where he was the Distinguished Graduate (top of his class) in both Officer Training School and Undergraduate Pilot Training. He served for fourteen years as a pilot in the Air Force, flying both rescue helicopters and the B-1B bomber. He holds three world speed records, including the world’s record for the fastest non-stop flight around the world.
Chris is a prolific author having written 17 books, several of which have become national best-sellers, and have been published in six different countries.
Before being elected to Congress, Chris served as president and CEO of the Shipley Group, a nationally recognized firm for consulting expertise in energy and the environment. He and his wife, Evie, are the parents of six children.
Chris now serves as a member of House Appropriations Committee and the House Intelligence Committee. In addition, the Congressman serves as Chairman of the Department of Defense Intelligence and Overhead Architecture Subcommittee.

FBI SSA James E. Lamadrid
FBI Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) James Lamadrid entered on duty at the FBI in March 2007 where he was assigned to the FBI Salt Lake City Cyber Squad. SSA Lamadrid investigated Criminal and National Security Computer Intrusions and was a member of the Utah Attorney General Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. SSA Lamadrid was a FBI SWAT Operator from 2010 to 2014 prior to his promotion to FBI Headquarters, Cyber Division. While at FBIHQ, SSA Lamadrid performed duties as a Regional Program Manager for various Cyber Task Forces in the areas of budget, operational, and investigative support.
In November 2014, SSA Lamadrid was promoted to the FBI Salt Lake City Cyber Task Force Supervisor. Prior to working for the FBI, SSA Lamadrid worked as an Information Technology Project Manager for the Air Force Pentagon Communication Agency located at the Pentagon, in Washington, D.C. and in the United State Air Force Security Forces Specialist stationed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and Ramstein Air Base, Germany attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant.
SSA Lamadrid has a B.S. in Information Systems Management, Master of Management degree, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. SSA Lamadrid also holds several industry certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Global Information Security Professional (GISP), Cyber Security Leadership Certificate (GSLP), and Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) Certification.

Chris Droubay, Attorney at Snow Christensen & Martineau

David A. Aird, CPCU, CIC, Sr. Sales Executive at USI Insurance
Dave Aird is a senior sales executive for USI Insurance. He has over 32 year of experience in the insurance industry and is licensed in all lines of insurance including property & casualty, life, health, disability. His specialty is commercial business insurance. He is a licensed agent, broker, consultant and surplus lines broker in Utah, and is also non-resident licensed in a majority of the other states.
Before joining USI, Mr. Aird was working with Wells Fargo Insurance when they sold 42 of their 97 offices nationwide to USI. This included the Salt Lake City, Utah office. He began his insurance carrier working with his father and two brothers at Aird Insurance Agency, Inc. where he acted as the personal lines manager, and later was promoted to commercial lines manager for the agency.
In 2001 Mr. Aird accepted the position as President of Zions Insurance Agency. His responsibilities included managing all employee benefits, personal insurance and commercial lines insurance. He successfully grew the agency by 122% and was instrumental in developing a enterprise wide insurance presence.
Mr. Aird earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1989, and later earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 1996. He has served as the president of the Utah Independent Insurance Agents, young agent association. The president of the Salt Lake City Association of the Utah Independent Insurance Agents Association. State National Director of the Independent Insurance Agents of America Junior Golf. And was the 1996 Young Agent of the Year for the Utah Independent Insurance Agents Association.
Currently, Mr. Aird is a member of the USI Insurance national energy team, and has actively been a contributor to the USI proprietary database of specialized energy insurance information.

Richard got involved in digital forensics because of his father, George Hickman, who designed the computer forensics program at Utah Valley University.
